Mend and Repair Sessions

Got a rip on your favourite dress?  Haven't worn that skirt in years because of a loose hem? Buttons missing? Zip broken? Or you have a sewing project you have gotten a bit stuck on?
Then the Mend and Repair session is for you! And yes it's free because it is all about sharing the loved clothes last ethos.
Designed for you to bring in pieces from your wardrobe that need a little TLC to get them wearable again.  With sewing guidance from me Laura, your local slow fashion dressmaker, we will give your loved clothing a new lease on life.
This session is also suitable for those who have a sewing project on the go but need a little guidance and motivation to get it finished already!
Basic sewing skill is recommended. Two sewing machines are available for general use, but BYO sewing machine is recommended.
The Mend and Repair Sessions are brought to you as part of the Neighbourhood Pop-Up shop project and will run every Saturday morning for the duration of the pop-up.
