RETURNS

Free returns and full refund for any reason within 7 days.

I want you to be happy with your a hop and a skip purchase.  If for any reason you are not 100% in love with your purchase, I will exchange or refund within 7 days.

Send an email to hello@ahopandaskip.com and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to print at home.  If you ordered online you can re-use the HEROPACK mailer to package your item and pop it in an Australia Post red box.  

Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and original condition.  Please email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return item within 14 days.

Returns and exchanges are not available for made-to-order purchases.  

 

EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES

If you would like to return your purchase after 7 days you will receive an exchange or credit note. Items must be in unworn, unwashed and original condition.  Send an email to hello@ahopandaskip.com to arrange.

No returns, exchanges or credit notes after 2 months.

 

MANUFACTURING FAULT

If your new piece has a manufacturing fault I will repair it free of charge.

REPAIRS

My own favourite fashion pieces are the ones that I've had a long time, they are quality pieces that have survived the test of time and have been a familiar companion in my adventures in life.   

Looking after our clothes and keeping them out of landfill is such an important part of the slow fashion philosophy.  Invariably though, our most beloved pieces will over time get some wear and tear and will need a little TLC to keep them wearable.

I want you to have lifelong love affair with your a hop and a skip purchase. For this reason I offer a repair service to take care of loose hems, lost buttons, broken zippers, even rips!
