Hold on to your HEROPACK mailer as it can be re-used for returns!

I want you to be happy with your a hop and a skip purchase. If for any reason you are not, I will accept change of mind returns. Please email me at hello@ahopandaskip.com to arrange a refund or exchange.  Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. You will have to cover the return shipping cost for a change of mind return. If you opt for an exchange, I will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you. Please email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return item within 14 days.

 

REPAIRS

My own favourite fashion pieces are the ones that I've had a long time, they are quality pieces that have survived the test of time and have been a familiar companion in my adventures in life.   

Looking after our clothes and keeping them out of landfill is such an important part of the slow fashion model.  Invariably though, our most beloved pieces will over time get some wear and tear and will need a little TLC to keep them wearable.

I want you to have lifelong love affair with your a hop and a skip purchase. For this reason I offer a repair service to take care of loose hems, lost buttons, broken zippers, even rips!
