Hold on to your HEROPACK mailer as it can be re-used for returns!
I want you to be happy with your a hop and a skip purchase and I know that shopping online can be a bit daunting, so if for any reason you are not 100% in love with your purchase, I will exchange or refund.
Just email me on email@example.com and I will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Then simply re-use the HEROPACK mailer to package your item and pop it in an Australia Post red box.
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Please email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return item within 14 days.
Returns and exchanges are not available for made-to-order purchases. However, made-to-order purchases are made after a personal measurement consultation.
My own favourite fashion pieces are the ones that I've had a long time, they are quality pieces that have survived the test of time and have been a familiar companion in my adventures in life.
