RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

I want you to be happy with your A Hop & A Skip purchase. If for any reason you are not, I will accept change of mind returns. Please email me at hello@ahopandaskip.com to arrange a refund or exchange.  Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. You will have to cover the return shipping cost for a change of mind return. If you opt for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you. Please email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return item within 14 days.

Hold on to your HEROPACK mailer as it can be re-used for returns!

 

REPAIRS

 

We want you to have lifelong love affair with A Hop & A Skip. For this reason we offer a repair service for your A Hop & A Skip pieces. The repair service is quoted by application, as well as shipping cost. Please email me at hello@ahopandaskip.com to arrange.
