Meet the Maker

Growing up, I was always a fashion lover. After studying psychology and performing as a circus artist, I eventually found myself working in wardrobe for a ballet company in Brisbane, whilst completing my Fashion Diploma.

My fashion education was inspiring, and just as equally deeply concerning. Opening my eyes to it's wasteful and unethical industrial processes.

And so, I took the step to start a fashion label with my personal values and aesthetic sensitivities at the core.

It wasn’t easy, the learning curve was steep. Setting up a home studio on a shoe string budget, plus learning the ins and outs, ups and down of running an independent, woman owned, micro business really tested my passion and resilience.

But here I am, firmly standing in my mission to make everyday wearables from vintage and dead-stock materials, made locally and in super small batches. And I am so happy to have you join me in this celebration of slow fashion.
