Marigold Haus is a little gem quietly sparkling in Ashgrove, in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. The brains behind it all is Madi, a long time barista and all round creative. Madi took the courageous leap of faith to open this little coffee spot in 2022. But Marigold Haus is more than a cafe. It is also creative studio, co-working room for local creatives and a unique retail space with a hand-picked selection of handmade, grown and gathered pieces, all locally and mindfully made. The special glue that binds it all together is Madi’s values of slow living, sustainability and supporting her local creative community.
The range in the store includes art prints, locally grown indoor plants, ceramics, crocheted dolls, pre-loved clothing, vintage fabric remnants and buttons, books, magazines and now a select range of a hop and a skip!
The first time I walked through the front door, I felt an immediate warm and welcoming feel and I knew it was going to be a good home for a hop and a skip. I am super proud and excited to have Marigold Haus as my very first stockist!
